Sitting at a desk all day can be very hard on your posture and back, but since I started Pilates with Jemark that has never been an issue. I never have lower back pain and I am so much more aware of my body alignment. He incorporates challenging exercises which I love and has made me so much stronger. I've been seeing Jemark for regular sessions over the past several years. He is an excellent instructor - he cheerfully and effectively encourage me to push myself  harder every week. While recovering from ligament damage in both my knees. I have found Jemark's classes actually helped me more than my actual physiotherapy appointments. I have been doing Pilates with Jemark less than a  year. It has been such a positive change in my workout routine. I have more strength, control, flexibility and such awareness of my body. Jemark is very careful to explain body positions and breathing. He is always trying something new and different and the hour goes by too fast. I feel stronger and my posture has improved.
